With the popularity of computers and the Internet using in-depth, enterprise apply computer management in business has become a trend. Almost all large or chain retailers are using business management software, small retail businesses are gradually replaced by computer management instead manual management of the past to make their business processes clear.At present, More than 90% of Chinese retail industry are small and medium retail customers. The suppliers are often faced with regional distributors, and they do not have the influence of the scale of production. In this situation, the commodity supply chain needs cooperation of enterprises and suppliers that will effectively work together to determine the scope and quantity of supply about goods. Because enterprises and suppliers do not have coordination mechanism, or lack of data to support coordination mechanisms, the company usually confirm the order based on experiences, and the supplier deliver the goods based on experience. this situation triggered variety of funds, waste of resources and duplication of investment. The information management system build on enterprise are going to useless,and the enterprise had to continue to use the extensive management.As enterprise scale is not big enough, at the end of the product chain is difficult to establish small and medium retailers pull-type supply chain system. More importantly, small and medium enterprises can not bear to establish a complete supply chain system of hardware, network access, network security, daily maintenance of the long-term investment. Distributors often do not have capabilities and information base that connact to the system interface of retail enterprise business.In this case, small and medium retail enterprises urgently need a platform to build their business system interfaces, both rely on the platform for effective collaboration with suppliers, but also provide data on the commodity supply chain support, thereby strengthening both supply and demand planning management, reduce or avoid the waste of financial, human, storage and other resource . This platform is not only based on irrelevant information system of enterprise, but also to minimize the investment about the hardware, network access, network security, routine maintenance and other aspects of long-term investment.In this paper, author designed a platform based on MS SQL and C #, it is a flexible configuration, use the virtual host's vendor management system. The platform use WEB-based FTP service as asynchronous transfer mechanism, and the transmission of specific contents can be configured.The platform can provide custom data analysis and reporting platform as the presentation tool, ant it can modify the report as the data return method.the platform provided a unified user access control an optimized the Dijkstra algorithm.The main contribution of this paper:1. Integration of related technologies to form a configurable and customizable management platform vendors, deployment, use the virtual host, and business system interface without dedicated access, transfer and return the contents of the content can be customized, data display and analysis can also be customized, and provide a unified user access control.2. Proposed Dijkstra algorithm based on database system implementation of the new programs, including the database in the storage solution design, and Dijkstra algorithm circulating Update database system based on realization of mechanism to improve the efficiency of the algorithm.
