In recent years, P2P technology develops rapidly. P2P technology uses idle network resources, which can increase system scalability and promote the network streaming media technology large development. How to make full use of the P2P network node resources to ensure service quality to improve the playback performance becomes P2P streaming media technology research focus. This is the problem the data scheduling mechanism solves.Consider how to make sure that the data block which approaches the current playing point arrives priorly and proposes an evaluated priority based streaming media scheduling mechanism (EPBSMSA).First establish data block priority evaluation mathematical model, then use data block priority to schedule data block. The theory proves the validity of the proposed strategy and the simulation shows that the strategy can effectively reduce customer delays and increasing buffer space utilization.Main innovation of this paper is how to use data block priority to schedule streaming media data block. Data block priority is whether the data block data block is for the first request and priority needs to ensure that the data blocks reach the client on demand and reduce the client latency. Priority takes the scarcity of data block, the urgency degree and the time factor into account How much peers hold the data block, whether the data block is immediately needed, whether the data block can reach before the end of its life cycle. First requester gets the data block rarity, urgency, transmission time and calculates the priority, then sorts the streaming media data block according to its priority and informs provider to provide the data block. Take these factors into account to ensure the effectiveness of scheduling strategies.Theoretical significance of this issue is to use reasonable data scheduling mechanism to ensure the effective scheduling of data streaming and reduce the user startup delay and server load. Reasonable scheduling mechanism for streaming media data can ensure the smooth operation of these systems. The key question is the overall consideration of various factors, in the P2P network, the streaming media data block is the scheduling object. Adequate and reasonable use of network bandwidth and node resources ensures streaming media block more reasonable distribution among the various nodes.
