The development of 3G and mobile internet has vastly increased the popularity of smartphones. Mobile internet is not only a way of life, but also an industry model. Every business owner has an urgent need to build their own WAP site to allow users to access business information anytime and anywhere. While considering the short comings of traditional manual development model, adaptive technology on mobile page has become a new hotspot.This paper presents a mobile terminal adaptive platform solution based on XSLT technology. Platform not only has the simple, fast features of third-party conversion platform, but also makes the whole transformation process to achieve the content and style manual control. With this platform, site owners can quickly finish any type of website conversion.Analysis in Web Page Clustering is the critical part of the whole conversion technology. According to existing clustering algorithm is mainly text-based and can not be applied to page structure clustering. This paper presents a DOM attribute based clustering algorithm, which generates a digital fingerprint for each page to overcome the traditional edit distance algorithm does not apply to HTML DOM Tree feature. Algorithm not only improves classification accuracy, but also significantly reduces time-consuming of the classification process.As page clustering is a tedious manual work in current time, we design and implement a Site Intelligent Assessment System, which can analyze the web site automatically, give the clustering results and Website Conversion factors. The result can provide a reliable basis for developers to complete transformation process.
