The Design And Implementation Of Educational Administrative System For Higher Vocational Education

In recent years, with the expansion of colleges'scale, the diversification of teaching methods and the closer cooperation between schools and enterprises, the educational administration management has become more and more complicated. It is imperative to improve the ability of this educational administration management by fully using the modern information technology to establish educational administration system. By using object-oriented methods and UML modeling, this thesis constructs a B/S educational administration plat through analyzing and designing the actual situation of the education administration in Shandong College of Electronic Technology.Firstly, this thesis describes the system's researching background and analyzes the characteristics of the new administration system. Secondly, through analyzing the systemic business need, it discusses the analysis and design of this system, expounds the target system construction and describes the function of the system and database design. This educational administration system has covered every functional component, which not only integrates various aspects such as registration, student status, class arrangement, curricula-variable, examination, scores, teaching valuation and so on but also supports the broad region network to handle campus official business, therefore it can surely reduce the hand labor works of administration management drastically. The main function modules which are fulfilled in this thesis include student management, teacher management, course management and score management.This educational administration system has realized the management, sharing and inquiry of open information on the function. Meanwhile, its higher interaction and security have helped to improve the teaching efficiency and quality. Furthermore, it basically achieves the predetermined goal. Through test and analysis, the development of this system not only adapts to the trend in the development of network information but also promotes educational administration informatization in higher vocational colleges. In a word, the development of this system has an important application value.
