With the rapid development of network technology, new applications of internet mushrooming, the network need not only to support low/high speed data, image and other non-voice traffic, but also to support the transmission of video, streaming media and other multimedia services. At the same time large amounts of data traffic into the network also contributed to the increased network congestion. Under the current situation, network is difficult to ensure the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of different business, meanwhile internet services become more and more complex, and it is hard to detect the malicious network behaviors since they are increasing and become more complex, as a result, the network reliability and security is facing a severe situation, the next generation"Trusted Network"was proposed in this context. Because of active queue management mechanism can effectively reduce network congestion, ensure the quality of service and reduce the problem of network fairness. Therefore, active queue management mechanism will be majorly researched under the framework of the trusted network routing in this paper. In this paper, AQM policy management requirements under the framework of the trusted network routing as a guide, then proposes one improved multiple priority AQM algorithm based on business classification-SCRIO algorithm. The algorithm uses the current packet's arrival rate of each aggregate flow to calculate their average queue length to implement different strategies discarded, and compares the current packet's arrival rate with Committed Information Rate (CIR) of each aggregate to adjust the maximum drop probability. We support claim via extensive simulation in three different experimental conditions on NS2 network simulation platform for SCRIO algorithm, the simulation results indicate that the algorithm not only can achieve service differentiation, but also can balance bandwidth allocation among different priority traffics, reducing"discrimination"against the low priority flow, with better fairness.
