Study On The Consensus Problem Of Stochastic Uncertain Time-delay System

This paper studys the consensus of a class of stochastic system dx(t)= -Lgx(t)dt+ Lωx[t)dw(t),by deposing the space,we get the new space MⅠ1, puting the state vector onto this particular spaceMⅠ1 gets two new necessary and sufficient conditions for the stochastic system consensus.Secondly, for such stochastic systems with uncertain or time-delay system,under the space MⅠ1,we get sufficient conditions for the systems robust consensus.
