With the overall development of provincial TV industry, YNTV needs a rapid development to compete in the TV media industry in China. In this essay, the author adopts a theory of SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages in the advertising, the current situation of advertising and causes for the existing problems in YNTV advertising. In the end, differential advertising has been proved to be the breaking point of YNTV advertising.It is essential and necessary to establish a set of differential advertising system and a long-term management strategy and achieve a superior postition in the fierce competition. With the guidance of advanced scientific marketing philosophy, customer management and service will be improved and the advertising profit will be increased. In addition, the result can be taken as reference for advertising department of YNTV and other provincial TVs to solve relevant problems in the marketing and management.
