World Wide Web Application software in China is growing rapidly in China, many Web application applies only to IE, to achieve cross-browser Web application to become a major practical problem.DOM specifications developed by the W3C Organization is to ensure that Web applications can realize a variety of hardware and software environment across the premise. The application will be able to meet the W3C specifications for true cross-platform, cross-browser portability. The project focuses on the characteristics of Web applications, legacy systems modernization from the perspective of non-canonical page problem. Existing non-standard web code does not comply with W3C DOM model specification; we propose a model-based refactoring and the refactoring based on standardization. Refactoring can view the page DOM model and the specifications for guidance, we can construct a non-canonical page code refactoring tools automatically. In this paper, Bank of China as a concrete example, automated refactoring tools to implement reconstruction, cross-browser access to prove that the method can effectively solve the existing problem of the standardization of Web software.
