The rural information is the important content of the socialism new countryside building in recent years. The agricultural information will certainly become one of the important aspects in 12th Five-Year Plan with the action which the information technology promoted the development of agricultural and rural economic was gradually emerging, so the importance of agricultural information service is prominent. It has cause great waste of resources because the methods of agricultural technology service was lack, the service's model was behind, the information technology wasn't targeted and the coverage was too narrow, the large-scale, practical and high-quality knowledge library was lack, the information resources was duplicated and the utilization rate was not high. The knowledge base which was studied in this paper is responsible for knowledge base and the input of knowledge, and it is the core of the entire platform.This paper based on the agriculture research, practical experience and information of experts in agriculture. We researched the technology of Chinese word Segmentation and text classification and text degree of correlation computation. It is designed agricultural knowledge base structure and realizes the knowledge base input system in this paper. The main achievement in this paper including following several points:1. Hash mechanism was proposed based on dictionary lookup, update, delete, add new algorithms and other operations by the advantages in Hash table seeking data. The algorithm is based on the characteristics of Chinese GB code, saved the first character GB code, and improved utilization of storage space.2. The algorithm established the relationship of one-to-many between agriculture glossary and dialects, while meeting the system requirements and improving the accuracy and speed of segmentation.3. This paper established the mechanism of find the repetition rate. The data was required to find the repetition rate and reduce data redundancy, and was controlled to input the database when knowledge input and precipitate. This paper proposed a calculation method which was knowledge of data entry data and calculated the correlation for the text relevance of agricultural by researching the technical of relevance of the text. When the data entry and knowledge base to achieve a certain similarity threshold (variable), the system will not allow it into the knowledge base.4. We realized the system which provided with visual image, friendly interface, easy to use and so on by using Ext, JQuery and other rich client technologies and AJAX without refreshing technology.
