With the extensive application of Web services, it is difficult for people to find Web services from so many services to meet their own needs.Web services are described traditionally with WSDL, it lacks of semantic information for computer to understand.So it leads that the automatic combination of Web services can not be realized better. The appearance of Semantic Web services has injected new vitality to the development of Web service. Semantic Web services have many advantages, such as no ambiguity,computer-readable, so it results that Web service discovery and service composition can be finished very well.What is Web Services composition? We need a number of Web services composited for some feature, when a single Web service can not meet user's requirement. The ways of Web service composition can be devided into two categories in the way of composition generation:dynamic composition and static composition. Most of traditional Web service composition is static, based on process. Each application corresponds to a process, the process must be changed when the application is changed. And users need to confirm services to be composited by themselves. When requirements are changed, the Web services can not be composited automatically to meet the needs of users.A framework was proposed for Web service dynamic compositon based on Semantics. Accordding to the dependence of service's interfaces, service composition can be confirmed dynamically. Concept matching based on Semantics is used to accomplish the match between service interfaces. Users confirm the input and output parameters in line with the requirement, then service composition can be confirm automatically by procedure. And then a client procedure can be generated automatically. User enters the corresponding data, and then we can get the result.The framework can change service composition dynamic according to the user's need. And the recall and precision are also improved, because Semantic matching has been used in this famework.
