Objective:Using the current hi-tech Novel Pedal, a foot-pad-type pressure measurement system, and the ME6000passage muscle the electricity collect analysis system provided by Finland the Mega company carry out measure and study the plantar pressure and the pace rate of women with the first flat shoes, a second wearing a pair of3cm high-heel shoes, a third wearing a pair of7cm high-heeled shoes, a fourth wearing a pair of10cm high-heel shoes when they are walking on the flat ground, to analyze the plantar pressure distribution feature and the time change feature of pace rate, to further study the different dynamic strength of pace rates and the motility features when they walking in the state of foot-ground circumstance and foot-shoe circumstance.Method:To young women as the research object, collect data mainly by two methods:foot pressure measurement and surface EMG signal test. The main parameters include:(1) the average maximum plantar pressure;(2) MF and AEMG. Each of the subjects were wearing flat shoes,3cm,7cm and10cm heels were30分钟utes fitness walking, in the process of recording the subjects of plantar pressure and surface emg.Conclusion:1When the heel height is higher than7cm, plantar pressure focus on the first metatarsal bone, and as the heel height increased and time increases, the first metatarsal average pressure increase. Therefore, long-term wearing heel height reaches the7cm heels women, have greatly increased risk of hallux valgus.2As the heel height increased, the first metatarsal pressure the body center of gravity, it is caused by the toe weight increasing. Wear high-heeled shoes to walk, the first metatarsophalangeal joint medial ligament was elongated, lateral ligament shrinkage. Flexor tendon began to pull to the side and make the hallux pronation. The first metatarsal phalangeal occurrence of this translocation, properly outreach role of abductor hallucis flexor action, beginning, cause proximal phalanx rotation.3MF and AEMG mean increases with the increase of the height of, this may be due to wear high heels to lean forward to increase, the gravity line outside the foot supporting surface bound before the neck, waist and knee and ankle angle changes, and make the starting or stopping point of attachment in these early joint muscle length changes occur, thus to arouse more motor units to maintain the body complete fitness walking.4Cervical extensor, rectus femoris, gastrocnemius muscle in the middle, anterior tibial muscle, erector spinae muscle and gastrocnemius muscle after section of AEMG mean value in different heel height increased significantly, tips on the muscle effect, easy strain.
