Aerobic Exercise Special New Curriculum System Of Empirical Research

General Administration of Sport of China authenticated special profession of sport in 2006 and the aerobics included, which indicates that the aerobics is not only a part of the gym class and it has become a special type of profession authenticated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and General Administration of Sport of China. The Social sports instructor association founded in July 2010 makes management standards for social sports instructors and 25 universities such as Beijing Sport University are assigned as the training base of the social sports instructors of China. As a special class in university, it is a medium of special profession training and the choosing of its teaching contents and methods are supposed to involve the reality needs for professional aerobics person. This thesis is to make a contrast study and construct a new teaching content system which fits curriculum target and professional skills, and a simulation teaching test is to be made based on the document 1st and 2nd promulgated in 2007 by the Ministry of Education and guided by《(体操类)教学指导纲要》, the following methods are to be involved: document literature method, interviewing method, experimental method and statistical method. The following results will be concluded: 1: the professional skill target of the aerobics is a kind of supplement for the special type curriculum target. They benefit each other, the special curriculum target provides reference for the instructor profession training, and meanwhile, the latter enriches the contents of the former and provides theoretical guidance. 2: the study indicates that students can obtain necessary aerobics professional skills and broaden their future career possibility through the 90 class hours of the new teaching content system. Although the simulation experiment is not made in special aerobics class of the sport major, it offers a kind of helpful reference. To respond to the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality promotes the aerobics to a promising development circle to a certain extent.
