Just as its name implies, the "Picture Description" is to write an essay by viewing the picture. The picture description has became an important mean of pulling children to write essays nowadays. In the traditional teaching of picture description, the teacher will let the pupils view the picture firstly to confirm the basic contents of the narration and then the teacher will assist the pupils to choose the right writing point of view, to clarify the sequences and levels and to guide the pupils to select proper words and finally to refine the language. This kind of traditional mode of thinking is the perfect reflect of the Conception Theory of writing. At the same time, teachers will focus more on the designed and modeling "ideas" from their rational guidance before the expression. The teachers are replacing the process of pupils to "structure" and "thinking", pupils will follow the teachers' arrangements of ideas to think and make up their minds. Such "ideas" has become the "legal" basis and basic framework for the pupils when they were writing essays. What the pupils do is to copy the same pattern. This mode of thinking, however, is concretionary and inflexible, and it destroyed the innovational ideas of the writing beginners. Therefore, this kind of cultivation for thinking will be eliminated surely.In the practice of teaching the picture description, to confirm the contents of essay in advance, to select the words and languages in advance and are not in line with the mode of thinking of the pupils, these are just the writing mode of the "Conception--Expression" from the Conception Theory. If adapting such mode of thinking, pupils' writing works are all modeling, lacking of characters and even becoming unclear or false due to the guidance from teachers. Hence, I believe the thinking pathway of the picture description must be provided with flow ability and uncertainty, it does not have to be confirmed and solidified before the expression. We shall never get our own ideas into pupils' thinking, otherwise, pupils will lose the senses of innovation and they will think that the writing is just some rules and regulations.Under such background, it is very necessary to change the mode of thinking of the picture description. Their thinking with different characters will be "awakened" gradually. Driven by cause and effect thinking, constitution thinking and process thinking of the Operating Model of Logic Thinking, pupils will turn their attention on the picture to serials questions---first, to think about what things are in the picture (constitution analysis) or what is the right moving sequences of the characters in the picture (process analysis) and then to think about why these pictures or activities emerge ( reason analysis), then to think of what will happen based on the picture (result analysis), at last, to think about how to do ( measure analysis)In the whole process of writing, pupil's spirits background, emotional experience and purpose attitude will be awakened and become the thing they want to express the most till the finish of the writing. And this is the different reflections between the Conception Theory and Non-Conception Theory. The Non-Conception Theory of picture description is more in line with pupils' spirits reality and will improve the writing ability effectively.
