Abstract/Summary:
From 1997 up to now, Chinese universities have begun to charge university students, so relevant departments have been studying the relevant financial aid policy, and have begun to offer loans to the students. After ten years of development, the agency bank had issued huge of student loans, in 2005 national students loan reached 170 million Yuan. National-subsidized students loans are political loan , but for the commercial banks, the deadline of students loans usually is long, and loans are small and lenders are scattered, so student loan exist great uncertainty, caused the inconvenience on the management. So Banks do not want to do this project, national student loans did not reach the ideal effect. Therefore, it is necessary to study national-subsidized student loans.If the American student loan management mode can be used in ours, which is use finance innovation tools-asset securitization, undoubtedly this problem will be solved. The paper first from the analysis of the structure and principle of asset securitization, combined with national-subsidized student loans problem, analyzes the status and problems of China national student loan securitization feasibility, Then through the analysis the key links of asset securitization - special purpose vetch, in combination with the existing financial market conditions, laws and regulations, and foreign existing student loan securitization mode, the domestic existing asset securitization successful operation experience, and based on this, puts forward the National-subsidized students loans mode. Hopes to strength the relationship between participants of National-subsidized students loans, improve National-subsidized students loans management, to solve the above problem. Change the current national student loan status, promoting the healthy development of National-subsidized students'loans.
