The Research On The Education Quality Management Of Hunan International Economic University

In our country, the higher education is divided into the public higher education and the private higher education."The China Social University"founded in 1982 was the first private university after the reform and opening-up, which symbolized the starting point of the private higher education in our country. In the past over 20 years, our private education has developed greatly, growing out of nothing and from small to large, and formed a certain scale, and it goes without saying of its social influents。However, the private higher education is a new force of our higher education popularization. Because it began late and had a poor foundation to start with, but developed rapidly, people had some veiled criticisms. The quality is the lifeline of the private colleges and universities. The sustainable development of the private colleges and universities is based on the guarantee of the quality and the increase of the quantity; otherwise, not only can the further development of the private higher education be restricted, but also the general quality of our higher education is affected.Nowdays,the problem with the quality of the private higher education has caused many scholars to follow with interest and the research achievements are fruitful, which can help my research in this essay.Nevertheless,All the researches were restricted in the macroscopic area and the research of the quality management system of the private higher education is not enough. Even if any, the research in the microcosmic area was lack of systematicness and aim. So, there is some space left for me to research.The article deals with the quality management and some ways are put forward which analyzes the quality management of the private higher colleges and universities in the microscopic area, taking Hunan International Economic University one of the top ten famous private higher colleges and universities for an example, based on the study of Hunan International Economic University and the consulting of a large number of articles, and many ways are used in the article, including questionnaire, observation and talking. Firstly, the introduction of the article illustrates the background of the topic, the research importance, the summary of the research at home and abroad, the main content and the ways of research. Then, chapter two is about the related concepts and theory of the private higher education and the quality management of it. Based on the chapter two, the basic evaluation is made in chapter three about the education quality of Hunan International Economic University。Then, the sound management system, the scientific mind, teaching quality management, enrolment and employment operation are analyzed. The essay emphatically analyzes the teaching quality management of Hunan International Economic University. Some improving suggestions are put forward in chapter five, including responsibility system of the president, the idea of university, teaching quality, enrolment and employment, after we compared Hunan International Economic University to other private higher colleges and universities and analyzed its success and shortages and referred to the successful experience abroad.I hope that my research can produce some fountions to the education quality management of the private higher colleges and universities.
