Meanwhile, the present society is greatly competitive, and the team spirit determines whether success can be achieved or not in such a society, which objectively requires the individuals to. have group consciousness.Strengthening colleges' group consciousness education is not only the important aspect of ideological and political education at college but also the necessary initiatives of promoting college students' group construction and the inward appeal of college students' improving interpersonal relationships.The survey results shows that the present college students generally hope that their groups are excellent, the groups can promote their individual development and the healthy college cultures and can foster their sense of responsibility roe the society, etc. but their desire of creating excellent group will fade away with their being seniors; they agree that they should comply with group norms but not strictly in fact; they agree that the members among groups should understand each other but keep a limited touch with each other and have a weak sense of group belongings; they generally agree that the individuals are closely related to the groups' honor, and can place much on the groups' interests with a little account into personal interests.In the education of the present colleges' group consciousness, such principles should be followed as the principle of category, pleasure principle and dynamic principle. At the same time, it should involve the idea that the purpose of educational contents, hidden teaching methods and the various educational carriers should be paid attention to. By carrying out management activities and colorful sports and entertainment activities to make students love and trust their groups, the education of group consciousness should be integrated into the daily management and activities.
