The aim of college education is to develop high quality people. The knowledge and science and technology innovation, that is a main position where revitalize education. On the background of carrying out the prosperous policy of our country by science and education and accelerating socialist modernization, college education plays more and more important role in social development. College education requires persistent development. Its flourish depends on the improvement of education management. Thus, college education management needs to advance with the times and improve. Besides, the active of educational management is a kind of complicated and comprehensive social movement, so more scientific and reasonable concepts needed to lead the specific activity of behavior.Brand marketing, societal marketing, green marketing and so on, which have be attracted much attention by enterprises. By analyzing, this paper summarizes the modern marketing concepts which are featured by people-oriented, service-oriented, relationship-focused, responsibility-oriented, brand-oriented and so on. But in recent years, the problem of college education is very much concerned. To substantially raise the quality of education will ensure high quality people. As practical means of college education, college education management needs new concepts and thinking. The application of people-oriented concept in college education management serves the students the target at all, sets up the brand of the college to improve the quality of education, which plays an important in the college education management. This paper is divided into six chapters and the structure is as follows:Chapter 1 is introduction, the research background, meaning, the related trends of development both at home and abroad, the thinking of research and research approach is summarized in this part.; Chapter 2 is the foundation theories part, introducing the modern marketing concepts and university education management; Chapter 3 discusses the necessity of updating the ideology of education management; The analysis of feasibility of using the modern marketing concepts in college education management is discussed in Chapter 4; Chapter 5 describes how to use the modern marketing concepts in college education management; In the final chapter,the principle that should hold and further development of using the modern marketing concepts in college education management are presented. All contents of the paper are in the progressive structure, on every level, to show the perspective and faith of college education management.
