A Research On Graduates' Mental Health In Higher Education

World Health Organization WHO (World Health Organization,2001) on the "health" is defined, not just the physical health of the absence of disease, should also include such as psychological well-being and social harmony. "Mental Health (Mental Health)" term in the country have similar names, such as "mental health", "mental health" and "health"; In the field of education, counseling, and public health fields commonly used mental health, mental health or physical and mental health; and in the medical field is commonly used mental health. From the Marxist theory on the overall development perspective Author defined "mental health" concept in this paper, and used in the English concept "mental health" as compatible with the study of "mental health" of the English concept.Based on the above point of views, I discuss the issue of undergraduates'mental health from Marxist to the overall development of the perspective in six fields: interpersonal, family, emotional, health, ability to show self-belief and mental ability to adapt to other aspects of the state. In this paper, Literature research method and Survey methods were used by writer. According to our own content knowledge about undergraduates'mental health, author designed undergraduates'mental health questionnaire. And article ideas were put forward by combing through the questionnaire data.The status of undergraduates'mental health in HengShui University is: the situation of interpersonal skills showed two small middle; the family concept of selfless love is very strong; good physical condition to meet national standards; have a firm conviction in socialism with Chinese characteristics. Fly in the ointment, live, learn, work and other family stress lead to depression, irritability, anxiety or tension for 95% respondents in HengShui University. This is a relatively common problem.Based on this, the author from family, school, community and peers described four reasons for its phenomenon. Meanwhile, standing on the angle of the leading departments of Students in HengShui University, author tried to find an effective way to keep mental health from family functions, home-school cooperation, mass media and their peers in four areas, and call them as mental health'incubators, incubators, boosters and accelerators.
