Learning pressure is one of the most main pressure for contemporary high schoolstudents. It'has an important influence on learning and life. As a way to deal with the stress isa kind of effective regulatory measures, which has important role for students to reduce thelearning pressure. It has important guiding significance to learn the situation andcharacteristics of the development of the high school for mental health problems and theprevention and early intervention.This study adopts questionnaire survey method, selecting pressure questionnaire andquestionnaire of the way to deal with. Investigating 581 high school students from one keyhigh school and two high schools. The survey data of independent group of independent ttest,single factor analysis of variance and related analysis, the conclusion:(1) Learningpressures students facing in Dun hua City, press intensity arrangement for parents'pressure,respectively, and self pressure social pressure and teacher pressure. Dun Hua City high schoolstudents tend to approach to problem solving, respectively, reasonable explanation, seekingsupport and patience, vent, fantasy denial and escape.(2) The scores of learning pressure andthe way to deal with (in gender) exist significant differences, Boys feels more parents'pressure than girls. The girls more likely to deal with the problems and emotion coping. (3)Different grades of high school students in academic pressure and coping styles existsignificant differences. (4) In studying stress on dimensions the Chinese nationality studentsfeel more pressure than Korean students including the parents'stress and social pressure. Onthe way to deal with the Chinese nationality students prefer to use problem coping and seeksupport solution to the problem than Korean students. (5) In different types of School.Students in learning stress and coping styles have significant differences. Students in keymiddle school experience more self pressure and teacher pressure, and prefer to use problemcoping and problem coping way to solve the problems. (6) In all dimensions to study thepressure with coping styles of correlation analysis of significant has correlation relationship.According to the study, the researchers put forward reasonable adjustment Dun Hua Citystudents to learn pressure and formed a good way to deal with the three proposals: (1)studentsshould actively cultivate the ability of regulating pressure ; (2) parents ought to give studentsactively effective support; (3) school education should respect the students' psychologicaldevelopment rule. |
