Classroom teaching goals which are the starting point and destination of teaching activities, are playing the roles of guidance, stimulation and test. Scientific and reasonable classroom teaching goals are the first safeguard to realize the effective teaching and carry out the course objectives. But in the teaching practice, the design of classroom teaching goal still, there are some problems that course standard reflects and teaching practice results between the real natural state has a large gap, disciplinary value and therefore not reflect. This paper attempts to according to the geographical classroom teaching goal design problems, seek countermeasures for vast geography teachers, provide a reference to improve validity of classroom teaching and better realize the value of geography.This paper based on the questionnaire survey and the interview to the current junior high school geography teacher, combined with the analysis of current public release geography lesson plan set and the teacher individual lesson plan, Summarizes the current junior middle school geography teacher in geography classroom teaching goals the main problems existing in design, and analyzed the cause of the problems. On this basis, guided by new curriculum concept, analyzed the basic classroom teaching goals design thoughts. Proposed the classroom teaching goals design should follow of"student-centered","guidance","integrity"and"moderate"of the basic principles. Discussed the geography classroom three dimensional teaching goals design method: Paying attention to the most basic geography facts, design knowledge objectives; Mining knowledge hidden in the factors, highlighting the geographical ability; Identify the entry point, design the goal of geographic emotional attitude and values; Combination of text, design of teaching activities to achieve"process and methods"of target. And proposed four steps of the classroom teaching goals design. Using the above strategies, take the junior middle school geography"the Earth and Globe"and"Japan"two classes as the example, compiled the classroom teaching goals from the knowledge and the skill, the process and the method, the emotion, the manner values three dimensions .This paper discussed on"the question which in the junior high school geography classroom teaching goals design and the improvement strategies", trying to solve some questions of the current classroom teaching goals design and provides a reference under the new curriculum concept, better realize the social value of geography. ? ?...
