Research On The Correlation Between The Free Tuition Normal College Students' Cognitive Level Of Policy And Teachers' Professional Identity

Profession recognition of the free tuition Normal college students embodies the awareness of the its value and significance, the acceptance of it as a profession, the sense of achievement and fulfillment in the process of studying, the dedication to the teaching career and the contribution to its development.This essay focuses on the free tuition students'understanding of the policy and their orientation to recognize teaching as their career in Northeast Normal University, as well as the correlation between them.I conducted a research on the current level of policy understanding and profession recognition of 300 students in different majors in Northeast Normal University by means of document study and questionnaire investigation.The research was consisted of questionnaire design -a questionnaire on free tuition Normal College students'understanding of the policy and a questionnaire on free tuition Normal College students'orientation to take teaching as their career, data collection, statistic analysis with spss17.0, results summary, conclusion and recommendation.It is concluded that:(1)The free tuition Normal College students have a profound understanding of the policy(2)They show preference to this profession(3) the cognitive level of the policy is proportionate to the level of recognition teaching as their career.At the end of the assay, I would like to offer suggestions to Normal Colleges to further develop the students'preference to the teaching career.:(1)pay attention to the students'motivation to enter oneself for an examination。(2)strengthening the peofessional knowledge and professional value。( 3 ) to strengthening the understanding of police of the free tuition normal college students。( 4 ) to strengthening the accepting of police of the free tuition normal college students。...
