To Explore The Service-guided Construction Of Institutions Of Higher Learning Patterns Of Students' Work

One of the most important works in high school is management. It is the basic to maintain normal teaching and to protect the healthy growth of the high school students.In my country,high school education has been developed rapidly, the background of high school working has been more changed.A long time ago,management of high school students based on "education and management",in the passive way education mode students went to the passive regulators.After 90s,the method of education added "service"in"education,managementandservice"method, besidesthat"service"was discounter than "education,management".This thesis emphasizes on the student work of high school and absorbs high education,educational management and education psychology and other related subjects theory.What's more, it also uses research method of the literature law and comparative law and interviews law.Then,this paper reviews the development and change of our management pattern of higher school's students and analysis the main problems which exists in the management currently.Next,this paper analysis the management work pattern of foreigner students,and does systemic analysis of the service pattern.At last,this paper makes a system construction at the aspects of the aim,the principle,the content and the way of the management of high school students.The service bases on students and the objective are students' growth and students' success.The pattern promotes the student development as the key emphasis in work,and take the education,the management,the activities,the development and the service merge into one organic whole.In the end,this pattern aims at training physical and emotion healthy comprehensive development character and creative talents students through systematic and standardize service,professional group and efficient service.
