| Young people are the future hope of the motherland. They are the successors to provoke social responsibility and they are also the spiritual sustenance of each family. To this end, young people need a reasonable and scientific education and guidance. However, under the influence of traditional values, the current school education still has some outdated management style which does not meet modern students'character development. With the great changes of society and economy, the orientations of family and society also have some negative effects on the children'character development. All these factors resulted that some students who have strong personalities deviated from the track of healthy growth and life in learning and behavior. In view of these various reasons, with the use of personal work, according to practical experience in teaches'management, I want to guide the formation of student character for students of different characters, different problems. I hope they can have a good start in their early growth and they can lay the basis for healthy growth in their future life direction.I have seen the characters of many junior high school students and the colleagues around me who take "interception" type simply to educate the students'characters, I have many personal thoughts. Students have distinct personalities with the high-speed change of epoch, the increasing improvement of social demands and the impact of different family backgrounds, they have distinctive personalities. The "one size fits all" management is less and less suitable for modern teaching; the traditional conception of teachers'dignity which emphasizes on the social status is out of date gradually. So I think when we face flesh and independent individuals, teachers should be fully aware of their personalities, and then to educate them based on their emotional needs and to "guide" to improve, then to follow the student's character and guide them to move forward successfully.After a certain of understanding in both in domestic and abroad character education research. This article analysis three aspects in character development of class management in junior middle school: values loss, emotional attitude of indifference and behavior deviation. According to impact from the complexity which in the social environment, education deviation, and communications, I promote a personalized view of the guidance in class management, that is, shows case study and management from specific cognitive level , emotion and behavior. |
