With the deepening of reform and opening up and the gradual establishment of the economic system, China has entered a new period of development. The intersection and collision of different cultures, different ideas, and different trends has brought enormous material and spiritual wealth. However, it also brought some negative influence. Now, in the society with pluralistically values, Moral Education of Middle School has suffered many problems. "The penetration of moral education reflects the modern society'attention in the spirit world, and the concern of life should be an important part of the core value in modern education. "By strengthening the penetration of moral education in class and the leading of teachers' behavior, moral education can face with the student's real life directly. The chemistry course contains abundance of moral content; it not only transfers subject knowledge, but pays more attention on the cultivation of moral and personality. The main methods are: moral penetration should be carried out through STS education, chemical experiments, chemistry history education, social practice and other ways. The practice shows that it is an effective way to permeate moral education in chemistry education.
