Research On Competitive And Synergy In Higher Institution Resources Between Straits

Higher vocational education is important that adapts to local economic development and satisfies people. However, with the fast development of higher vocational education, some problems appear. The old system had become inadaptable to the requirements of economic and social development. It was found out that the way to promote exchange and cooperation on Vocation College of both sides of the Taiwan straits is a good way to solve all the problems.The two economies are strongly complimentary to each other and hence enjoy huge potential for cooperation in development of Higher Vocational Education. At first, this paper summarized and analyzed the present and the prospective of development of Vocation College of both sides of the Taiwan straits. Tue necessity and feasibility of developing and applying the communication between the two are based on educational system, teaching staff and the constructional employee aptitude.Secondly, the paper approaching he need of exchange and cooperation between Vocation College of both sides of the Taiwan straits from a different side, including the angle of view of the government, corporation and even Vocation College itself. And try to give some useful strategies.
