The pursuit of superiority classroom, reducing the burden of students, let students learn English happily; teachers free from the arduous task of teaching and love to teach, while improving the quality of teaching is the front-line teachers and education experts` common goal . The study of English teaching method is English teaching, including school students who they learn and teachers who they teach. In teaching, only the enthusiasm of teachers, teaching methods and only the best quality materials, no enthusiasm of students for learning, hard work and active learning, to achieve success in teaching is difficult. So in recent years, people pay attention to the learning process and learner research, study the phenomena and regular pattern of the learning process, Research the differences in all aspects of learner will be on the effect of teaching .First, this article analyzes the foreign and domestic strengths and weaknesses of English teaching from the pedagogy. Abroad, the vast majority of teaching was in a certain historical developed, there was a certain theoretical basis of psychology and language, and was an advocate of social needs and personal experiences. The author based on Linguistic theory , psychology ,the characteristics and limitations of teaching of the major influential foreign language pedagogy overview of recent decades. Reforming as the watershed to the teaching in the domestic, basic English teaching methods were simple, traditional grammar-translation method was domination. After reforming and opening up, based English language teaching situation had great changed in China, some foreign introduction of new teaching methods were introduced to China, they opened the horizons of English teachers, the majority of workers took an active part in, research and practice the reform of English teaching methods. Our own junior school English teaching: Zhang Sizhong pedagogy and DuLangkou teaching mode.Secondly, this teaching of the current problems are described which combined with the constructivist theory, task-based teaching and the principles of the new curriculum standards. The Learning Plan Guidance teaching combines with the specific conditions of our region to experience by experiment, observation questionnaire and test method. Format the regional characteristics of the Learning Plan Guidance in Jining. The third chapter describes the case of the experiment recorded, there are no significant differences in academic classes, study habits, learning methods, cooperative learning and learning ability by comparing the experimental class students and control class students by questionnaire and test method in pre-test. Through observation, investigation, test, collect of experimental data, the writer obtains that the experiment assuming is the same as conclusion throughout the process. In the chapter on Learning Plan Guidance is defined, the so-called Learning Plan Guidance refers to the teach, study the case of one in teaching process. Each student has a case study to know each section of the class content, students learn by looking at the case of a glance; Show Stimulated Learning refers to the display by students in the classroom, on the one hand show the performance of the learning process, but also show the use of language in the process; the other hand, encourage students to participate in active learning to love more learning. And in the chapter describe the essentials of the class type operation.Then, describe this study for junior school based on experimental results in Chapter IV, show the role of teachers and students in the application of Learning Plan in junior school English teaching .Finally, describe the key findings from three areas, put forward four proposals for the later investigators.In the future, the writer will keep concentrating on the Learning Plan teaching mode, continue to focus on the impact of teachers and students, the emergence of new problems and strategies in the teaching and learning process and it can improve the efficiency of classroom. It makes students enjoy learning, while reducing the burden on teachers to prepare lessons.
