In recent years, with the humanistic education launched comprehensively and intensively in the world, the humanistic education children has drawn abroad attentions increasingly by the extensive researchers and practitioners. Constructing a scientific and systematic curriculum of the humanistic education for children becomes the important mission for today's preschool education reform and development. However, in the process of constructing the humanistic education curriculum for children, an outstanding problem has been resulting That is, the construction of the humanities education system lacks vast, systematic and valuable resources for support. In other words, the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children have become the important prerequisite and necessary condition to the humanistic education constructing children. Because of this, the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children are to be the research direction and focus of this study ,which aims to full the development and use of the humanistic education resources of theory and practice, enrich the content of the humanistic education children, give play to the teachers'autonomy and creativity, promote children's overall harmonious development of personalized. The research of the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children become a new way which can promote the kindergarten curriculum reform undoubtedly.The follow four parts make up of the whole article.The first part is the basis of this study. Mainly from the research background, objective, method, status review and innovations ,summarizes the background of the development of human society, the realistic background of based education reform and the practice background of curriculum reform children , analyzes the theoretical and practical significance, briefly discusses literature, questionnaire and other relevant research methods, synthetically summarizes the current domestic and international studies the status, and in this foundation proposes the innovations of the points in this study of the development and use of the humanistic education resources.The second part is the premise of this study. By using literature method, some relevant concepts of the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children are defined scientifically and systematically. Through the analysis of the previous research results,combining with the actual situation of this study,establish the concepts and theoretical system, so as to provide theoretical basis for the next part of the study and thinking.The third part is the key to this study. From the curriculum construction, professional development for teachers, children quality improvement, family harmony and social progress of these aspects, this paper describes the significance of the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children, and trigger recognition of the value of this study, arouse the attention of the interest and motivation of this research.The fourth part is the core of this study. Through field observations, interviews and analysis of relevant literature, it firstly establishes the basic principles of the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children, and then separately from the teaching material, activities, teachers, infant, community, information resources, and other ways to elaborate on the development and use of the humanistic education resources children and lay a solid foundation of practice for the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children.Finally, this paper summarizes the problems of the teacher concepts backward, development single structure, significant regional differences,economic shortage of resources, which exist in the process of practice of the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children, and in the light of these problems of , advances some corresponding solutions, such as update the teacher's concepts, play regional advantages, deepening theory and practice, strengthen the team construction, increase economic investment and so on. Eventually, promote the development and use of the humanistic education resources for children.
