The notice about the sparetime physical training in schools ,which was printed and distributed by General Office of Education Commission and Physical Culture and Sports Commission of the PRC points out emphatically that we should find out the students who have athletic abilities, create conditions for them and train them scientifically and systematically in order to make these students men who have lofty ideals, moral integrity, education and a sense of discipline and also have higher technical skill levels.It is found in the study that the systematical study of physical training in schools is comparatively scarce, especially this kind of training in the nine-year successive schools. Man is the owner of the history. He is the lord and the promoter of the age. Only research specific projects under human and culture environment, can we truly grasp the laws of development of things. Taking humans as essentials, we can improve the ability of solving problems. The human study of physical training in nine-year persistent system schools is looming ahead.By undertaking the questionnaire among 10 nine-year coherent schools in center municipal district ,lixia distrct, huaiyin distrct, licheng district, tianqiao district in the city of Jinan, the writer made an intensive investigation on the after-class physical training. The result of the questionnaire is collected and analyzed.Through the analysis of the data ,the writer illustrated systematically the humanity factors which influnce the after-class physical training in Jinan, and the writer also analyzed systematically the four aspects which exsisit in the pratical physical training: the school , the gym teacher, the student and the family. Because of the particularity in schooling model in nine-year coherent schools, the human exert s a considerable influence in the after-class physical training.The study showed that:(1) The superiority of the nine-year successive schools can not be easily found in the physical training.(2) The systemtical advantage of the nine-year successive schools cannot be systematically used in the physical training.(3) The gym teachers'advantages cannot be exploited to the full(4) There are differnt training levels among different gym teachers. These gym teachers have few chance to learn more about their specilality and lack competition between each other.(5) The schools are short of funds of physical training. How to evaluate the training of the teachers is difficult and the management is not easy.On the basis of the above conclusion, the present reseach puts forward some suggestions:(1) Stimulate to the full the motive of the physical training in nine-year coherent schools(2) Make a systematical and scientifical training model in nine-year coherent schools(3) Bring forward a series of measures which can arouse the gym teachers'fervour (4) Invest much capital in the after-class physical training and improve the check-up system of the teachers(5) Coordinate the relation of the school, the teacher, the student and the family Through the status quo analysis of nine-year schools of Jinan city, we are trying to identify some human factors which limit after-school sports'development. Combined with the nine-year school's characters and advantages, we seek a development model which fit for after-school sports. We optimize the PE teaching body and promote the development of proposed measures to the PE teachers. Then we form a new idea to improve the level of after-school sports training system and the development of physical education teachers. Combined with the development of physical education development of physical education teachers into the school after-school training, we introduce a form, which integrate the development of teachers and after-school sports training. It can form a chess school with nine-year schools'advantage to students, integration of teachers and school sports development, mutual promotion and coordinated co-exist, thereby increasing the nine-school after-school sports development. The advantages of nine-year school is that school system is systematic, which can converge elementary school - middle school after-school sports training convergence and long-term management, in line with the development of students taught law, deal with impact of nine-year schools after-school sports training related human factors. It can not only eliminate the primary training there because of improper convergence of short-term benefits occur Destructive Enthusiasm, but also greatly promote after-school sports training overall healthy development in the nine-year school.
