Rapid development of the country in times of change, education can not be confined to the field of education; I believe that will further rise to a broader area of the country. Conant's "Equality of Educational Opportunity" Thought is made in this context, it is not just equality of opportunity in the traditional sense, but in personal selfishness and conflict under the State Standards of trying to build a new balance. Can build such a "relative" equality, whether the premise of maximization of national interests to achieve "equality of educational opportunity" for months and the whole country is extremely important. Therefore, to achieve equal opportunities in education, would be very limited and will surely be some disparities. For these objective phenomenon, if not ignore or do not pay attention, do not take the appropriate measures to stop, it will cause the expansion of these disparities that can affect the stability of the whole society, and not conducive to the rapid pace of modernization forward. So it should be an objective to address these phenomena. How in the national interest to achieve as much as possible under the premise of equality of educational opportunity is worth pondering.
