To face such transform, both the needs of talents and the needs of education are biggest, which made the scale of education grow continuously. But the enlargement of the educational scale has both positive and negative sides, such as the decline of the quality. Without affecting the scale, to ensure the quality becomes one of the most urgent issues that people should solve immediately.
