Research On Campus Surrounding Beneficial To Undergraduates' Socialization Reforming

The "isolated island phenomenon" was certified that has disadvantage of undergraduate socialization, so it raises an obvious situation that many graduated students got maladjustment from college to society. So it is a common sense that college must open up to the society and produce a newly important issue called "influence on undergraduate by campus Surrounding". As some pedagogical theory indicate that the sharpen difference between education and environment is that the former has definitively guidance effect and, the later is random and without any purpose. So it may have positive or negative effect on the campus Surrounding to college students. In order to clarifying what the level of campus Surrounding actually influence to the students, this article creates several parts to make a discussion to the issue as follow.The first part of the article analyzes the possible influence of undergraduate socialization by campus Surrounding in the theoretical level. The research summarizes current situation of campus Surrounding and analyze its factors. It illustrates the effect of undergraduate socialization via socialization. The effect specifically manifested in negative influence on moral socialization. Campus Surrounding meet the needs of socialization of undergraduates'lives and have benefit on the development of occupation socialization. The research argues the influence on the variety of undergraduate socialization based on Stakeholder Theory. Due to different beneficiaries pursuit different benefits. While beneficiaries'benefits meet the development of undergraduate socialization, it has positive effects on that development. On the contrary, it has negative influence.The second part of the article makes an analysis on what the degree of the campus Surrounding influence on the undergraduate socialization through interview and questionnaire survey from an empirical perspective. Take the Nanchang University as the surrey of empirical studies and found pros and cons surrounding the campus. Campus Surrounding have promoted effect to the undergraduates'their development of professional socialization and negative impact on the students'social ethics.The last part of the article proposes strategy of relevant transform on campus Surrounding from the perspective of benefit to undergraduate socialization. According to the result of research and favorable case of campus Surrounding; proceed from the basis of the overall reconstruction strategy, making "sub-campus" mode reforming. Aim to help students reach higher socialization level. From this point of view, we have to offer good social service that combined with creating, learning, researching and living, including entertaining.
