| With the increase of the competition and the enlargement of its scale, out society has made a bigger requirement of the number, quality and the adaptation to a highly developed society of judges. Sports schools are the main output unit of our judge reserves, and most of the judge graduate from this kind of school. The student number of sports school, the level of judges, and their devotion to the job has a direct impact on the quality and quantity of future judge teams, therefore, sports school should make good use of existing resources and advantages, and strengthen the judging ability of students, to lay a solid foundation for higher level judge promotion and for the good performance on field. Based on this condition, this paper will make some sports education majors from part of Jiangsu province sports school as respondents, making comparative analysis on the current cultivation situation of those students'judging ability, from which I generalize the present overall situation of this kind of students'judging ability cultivation and at the same time, make the countermeasure research. This paper adopts literature data method, questionnaire, logic analysis and other methods, to have a study on the sports school students'judging ability training objectives, teaching contents and methods, the spare time cultivation, and grade appraisal, etc.. The main conclusions are as follows:1.A major sports institutions from reality, combined with the times and conditions to determine the actual school students judge the main objective of capacity-building in general are set to master the rules and referees referee method, is basically in line with current social training of physical education requirements ; generally take the form ofcurricular and teaching training, leisure time or interest groups set up training courses,combined with the level of examination before the referee specialized training completed their training objectives and tasks.2.Incubation time on the referee's capacity-building arrangements less teaching hours, the limited hours in the system will be difficult to judge knowledge to the students, the study of knowledge related to scalability referees greatly affected. Another pre-counseling assessment is in a very short time to spoon-feeding education, the teachers teach and students learn assessment are carried around by the referee, the students cut the actual spot enforcement capability is not obvious.3.Theoretical and practical knowledge in all colleges and universities in accordance with the requirements of the syllabus to the students the basic rules and the referee's decision to develop the law, but the theory of teaching content of the set of rules and referees to referee the main method, and more focus on preparing for referees level examinations, training content development, development is not strong, more traditional teaching methods, theory and tactics of teaching methods, multimedia teaching and case teaching to be more widespread use of flexible teaching methods, not enough teaching hours to be further increased; practical capacity-building, the institutions for the development of school conditions and characteristics of the different teaching methods flexible, good teaching, high student satisfaction, but rather the form of a single culture, and many more exam-based counseling and training focused on before, by outline class arrangements, to carry out school events, facilities and other reasons students are actually involved in cutting the effective implementation of the spot much time teaching the theory and practice of effective law enforcement can not be unified.4.Physical and psychological aspects, the sports university in the physical aspects of students' ability to judge has not made any special requirements; training in the psychological aspects of the referee, most schools do not use it as an important quality to be systematic training for Some of the specific spot of the psychological adjustment of law enforcement methods in the teaching of individual teachers only occasional mention, there is no specific guidance to thematic teaching, students have the psychological ability to judge the quality requirements of knowledge is also more vague.5.
