The new curriculum reform is aimed at the students'development. As far as chemistry course is concerned, we should lay stress on the three dimensions, such as"knowledge and skills","process and methods", and"emotions, attitude and values", to implement and investigate the basic concept of the high school chemistry curriculum.In this thesis, beginning with the teaching context and based on situations of psychological and pedagogical theories and the research on the teaching situation at home and abroad, it proposed a definition of the effective environment, and created effective circumstance principles. It illustrated many strategies on creation of"effective situation", and tested effectiveness of the concept with the use of those analysis data and by engaging in conversation with the students. The results showed that by creating an effective situation we can enhance students'interest in learning chemistry to improve their performance and scientific quality. Finally, it was also brought forward a reflection on the effective situation.
