| With the rapid development of the social economy, the service relations of objects, content and pattern of logistics department in the university change a lot. If the management pattern of logistics department in the university does not develop at the same time, it could not satisfy the demand of university education, research and students life in the campus and difficult to achieve the supporting service role in the university. The intangible assets in logistics group, which can bring social and economy benefit, are an important constitution of intangible assets in the university. It has realistic significance for the development of the logistics department in the university and the development and usage of intangible assets in logistics department to realize the importance of intangible assets in logistics department, to investigate the management problems of intangible assets in logistics department and to enhance the management of intangible assets in logistics department.From the previous investigation, the scope of protection of the intangible assets in logistics group includes that it should be owned and controlled by a special entity, it exists in different kinds of service patterns or a certain particular right and it is a non- real objective intangible assets characterized with the service and support benefits to its owner. The service franchise, service level technology, service brand, service reputation, service object relationship and human resource, etc, are the representation during concrete determination, which play more and more significant role in the logistics entity. In this thesis, the protection and affirmation principle of intangible assets in logistics group was proposed, which is sustainable development and combined with social and economy benefit. Then some exploratory proposal on precautionary measure was presented, including developing the legislation of the intangible assets in logistics group, setting up the new management system of the intangible assets in logistics group, completing the management structure of implementation and supervision, enhancing the basic management of the intellectual property, and so on. |
