Education can't go without teachers, and the quality of education depends on the professional skills of the teachers. At a time when the teachers'professional status have been acknowledged, we are paying much more attention to "How to advance the development of the teachers' professional skills". It is necessary that all the teachers need to keep on studying not only the professional knowledge but also the teaching skills. But it does not mean that you have abilities if you have knowledge. You might not teach well, although you have much professional knowledge and skills.According to questionnaire and interview with teachers in primary schools, this article will study the development of the Chinese teachers'questioning skills in primary schools. I found that the present macroscopic way of guiding and training the teachers does not work most of time because of the complexity of the class. It's hard for the teachers to find out the factors which is helpful for developing the questioning skills, so it's hard to set up a fixed and effective behavior pattern for the teachers. Therefore, I divided the questioning training target into two factors:language skill and questioning skill. I wish it might be helpful to the teachers.This article are divided into three parts.Part 1 First, I summarized the idea, the formation and the functioning of the questioning skills. Then, I talked about the ways to give questions effectively. At last, I analysed the present situation of the questioning in Chinese class in primary schools.Part 2 The teachers get the questioning skills in different period. They study them in a normal school, they get special training before teaching and they study it at work (professional training, teaching activities and other activities). And of them three, the experience during work have greater influence on the teachers. And then by ways of questionnaire and individual interview, I study the development of the Chinese teachers' questioning skills in primary schools.Part 3 Taking part 2 as a foundation, I summarized the ways to develop the Chinese teachers' questioning skills in primary schools. At last I gave some advice. |
