So it has been a necessary for residents to improve life quality and pursue healthy development. As a leading fashion, civilization and elegant sports, tennis has become very popular. The number of participators is more than ever before. But there are many problems on the operating management of tennis venue in Xi'an. It is essential to achieve the largest profit of society and operation so as to make best of the limited resources and create a proper value.This paper focuses on the management of the tennis venue of Xi'an. Based on the operation and management of Xi'an tennis venue for research object, from sports economics, sports industry study, sports management three Angle, by using the methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire and on-the-spot interview method, and mathematical statistics to Xi'an tennis venue investigated. Through all these methods we can analysis the problems lying in the management of tennis venue in Xi'an and explode some methods on these problems. So some theories are provided for the management and development of tennis venue in Xi'an and some strategies for the department of physical management.According to this paper's investigation and analysis of results, Some conclusions are as followed:At present the business of Xi'an tennis venue compound system of main forms, can give priority to meet the needs of the consumers, and can better realize tennis venue management; Participate in tennis sports consumer age and gender structure and tennis special technological characteristics consistent with; Participate in tennis with highly educated white-collar primarily consumers; the less tennis activities held and inactive atmosphere; the limited level of coach; the lack of the managerial person and the contradiction between current management level and the demand; the unscientific fee and the contradiction between the economy benefit and the service quality. All this limited the development of tennis venue.This paper proposed some problems about the current situation, so a few suggestion are offered:Scientific and management mechanism should be set reasonably so as to enhance the utilization; In order to attract more participator, it should be carry out the activity about tennis vigorously and strengthen the propagandize through the public media. Special training centers for tennis coaches should be established and train the coaches regularly so the level of coaches can be improved; promoting the train for the manager and enhancing their professional skill, meanwhile optimizing the management system is help to build excellent management team; To make a scientific and rational charging standard, causes the management efficiency and service quality to adapt.
