Teachers' leadership means teachers let power factor (participation in decision-making, evaluation, punish, rewards, etc) and the non-power factor (knowledge, ability, emotion, etc) interac each other, relevant members inculcate in the positive, formed a comprehensive influence. It includes power leadership and non-power leadership: power leadership is education related organizations or headmaster gives teachers in the role of individual, the obsessive and by leaders not resistance, it mainly includes power in professional development of teachers participate, rewards and punishments rights, organization management; The non-power leadership do not have mandatory, it is the leader itself has the comprehensive quality of reflect, it including teachers' knowledge, ability, emotion, and many other factors.Arouse teachers' leadership to give full play to the teacher's subjective initiative, making teachers fully participate in the school in order to attend school decision-making and management, the resources allocated reasonably and use, this to deepen the reform, promote the development of the school and improve teachers' professional development, all of them are very significant.This study in related research at home and abroad on the basis of primary and middle school teachers' leadership, the play investigation on the current situation of teachers, find out the influence of some main factors play a leadership, and using relevant leaders learn theory, pedagogy theory and teachers education theory, combined with the characteristics of teacher leadership and enhance the principle, analysed the ascension of primary and middle school teachers' leadership, and creatively puts forward ways to promote the effective strategies for primary school teachers leadership.Hope that through this research can further improve education theory of leadership and teachers' professional development theory, in the background of the new curriculum reform of primary education further guidance the current teaching reform of primary and middle schools, optimize organization structure, improve the overall quality of the contingent of primary and secondary school teachers in efforts to achieve school common vision at the same time, promote its individual get lifelong development.
