The investment in educational informationization is also increasing gradually each year in our country. So these questions which are paid more attentions to by the academic,expert and pratical workers in the modern educational technology are about the application of information technology and the effect of information technology application, also the problems to be solved in the process of educational informationization.The paper takes 328 primary school teachers for example,adopting questionnaire and interviewing.lt focuses on the condition of information technology application in actual teaching, the situation of teachers' recognition level of the effects of information technology application and so on.First, the paper launched an investigation and study to Jinhua including urban and the county altogether 10 primary school's teachers on the basis of full understanding of the situation about educational informationization in Jinhua city. To understand the application of information technology in teaching as well as their recognition level of the effects of information technology. On this basis, analyzing the will of teachers of the application of information technology, exploring the impact factors of the application of information technology in teaching. For the impact effects of the application of information technology for teachers, students and teaching process, compared the level of acceptance of teachers of different gender, region and seniority. Finally, the author summarizes the problems or deficiencies of teachers in applying information technology in teaching and draws the relevant enlightenments.This study found that teachers to be sure that the advantage of the application of information technology in teaching, but by the subjective and objective conditions, the teachers' will level of the application of information technology in teaching has differences. But generally speaking, teachers have a higher degree of recognition about the effect of information technology, but also found that there are some problems in the application. The information technology application ability and modern teaching theoretical knowledge of teachers still needs further improvement and strengthening. Therefore, further strengthen the awareness of teachers' information technology teaching and enhance the teaching skills of teachers' information technology are serious problems to be solved. Fostering teachers' correct understanding about the value of information technology, promoting teachers' literacy of modern teaching theories and carrying out targeted training and so on, it will play an important role in promoting the application of information technology in teaching.This paper studied the condition of information technology application and teachers'consentience on the effect of information technology application.Providing a new way for studing the application of information technology and its effect, enhancing teachers'understanding of the information technology application and its effects.Providing a reference for educational policy-making departments to develop relevant education and teaching policies and setting the programs and contents of educational training. It will bring some inspirations,how information technology is more reasonable, appropriate and effectively used for teaching. However,there are certain limitations about teachers how to apply information technology to teaching deeply.It also will be a follow-up research of the paper. |
