The Law Education Toward University Students In The Ideological And Political Education Perspective

Emphasizing the particular role and effect of Legal education of university students (LETUS) in the Ideological and political education(IPE), and using LETUS to improve and optimizing IPE, is an important sign and aim of the IPE advanced with time in new era. However, the situation of the LETUS is not that optimistic, because of the in-developing and defectiveness of the subject, there are some vulnerable spots in the theoretical research. Although law education has been in the system of IPE, the two have never been connected really and effectively, which become an important factor in delaying the LETUS.The under connection between the implement of LETUS and IPE is a bottleneck of the effectiveness of LETUS. There are dew researches in this area, therefore, firstly, the author discussed the contemporary situation of LETUS, starting from the role and implement of LETUS, analyzing the reason why there are problems existed, going to a conclusion that LETUS has not going into the IPE. Then, the researcher tried to prove the importance, necessity, and viability of connecting LETUS and IPE. Finally, the author used mature principles, theories, and methodologies in IPE to instruct the implement of LETUS, to improve the situation of LETUS.
