Study On The Type Of Knowledge Transfer Beteen Provincial-Level Key Disciplines And Industry And The R&D Eddiciency Of The Key Disciplines

Development of the discipline is an important indicator of university development . The service of university for industry and economic development is mainly through the establishing links between university and industry, making exchange of knowledge. By doing this we can exchange the university's research results into practical productivity. In this paper, I will take Hebei province for example, focusing on two aspects of the key subjects of Hbei province. By doing this, we can learn the development of the key disciplines of Hebei province. In this paper, the data that I have collected is two assessments of the key disciplines of Hebei province, which is 2004 and 2009. I select 38 samples of the key disciplines for research.On the one hand, I will use knowledge exchange matrix method, through the comparison of the two times assessment, to study the links between these key disciplines and industries, and to find the difference of the tapes which they take to exchange knowledge between these key disciplines and industries. On the other hand, I will investigate the R&D efficiency of the key disciplines samples by using the DEA method, which I will improve the model called CCR-AR. Moreover, I do a cluster analysis of the key disciplines samples, to distinguish the dissimilarity of the 38 departments with respect to the efficiency contributions of the 3 outputs.By solving these questions, we can recognize the linkage between these key disciplines and industries. So it's helpful for the key disciplines to better serve the industrial development clearly. And we have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of key disciplines of Hebei province. It's also can provide reference for the future development of the key disciplines of Hebei province.
