On General Teaching Strategies Of Vocational Education

This paper adopts literature study and comparative method and other research methods to explore general teaching strategies of vocational education. Through the analysis of the question that arises from traditional teaching strategies of vocational education, explore the general teaching strategies vocational education. General teaching strategies of vocational education consists of two components: teaching organizational strategies of vocational education and teaching management strategies of vocational education. Teaching organizational strategies of vocational education are a prerequisite for teaching. It is the core objective for achieving the aim of vocational education, too. Teaching management strategies of vocational education are the influential factors of achieving training objectives. Classroom management strategies, teaching methods and means of management strategies, teaching problem prevention strategies, teaching strategies deal with the problem are the essential parts of achieving training goals of vocational education. The appropriate selection and application of teaching organizational strategies of vocational education can give help to prevent and deal with the problem of teaching, and then to stimulate students interest in learning and teaching to create a harmonious atmosphere. Meanwhile, the effective classroom management and right teaching methods and means can promote better implementation of teaching organizational strategies of vocational education. Both mutual promote and influence each other and common services in vocational education.The exploration of general teaching strategies of vocational education can give help to carry out the work to make teaching more relevant, improve teaching quality and improve the quality of vocational training, so as to train people better suited to the needs of society.
