Interpersonal trust as an important factor in social relationships, determine the competitiveness of the future society. It is important to not only the individual's competitive ability, but also on the country's competitiveness and social development whether we can train students who give people a sense of trust. Therefore, it is needs of competitive personnel training to research and reveal the characteristics of the development of interpersonal trust and its influencing factors.In this paper, upper primary students were research objects,454 upper primary students of Beian elementary school in Changchun City, were surveyed and interviewed.It analyzed characteristics and problems of upper primary students' interpersonal trust, trust perception factors, self-efficacy and other relevant factors.It explored the relationship between the upper primary students' interpersonal trust status and related factors (self-efficacy).The conclusion has important theoretical and practical significance in things such as enhancing the upper primary students' interpersonal trust and self-efficacy, improving students'interpersonal skills, promoting students' adaption to a multicultural environment and improving the students' self-growth.The results showed that:1, Upper primary students' interpersonal trust is in good condition as a whole. Upper primary students' trust to teachers was below their loved ones, classmates and friends. Students' interpersonal trust is more concerned about that the character is honest or not, having responsibility or not, it doesn't concerned about the appearance and speaking skills.2, Upper primary students' interpersonal trust has individual differences in gender, being child or not, having the act to conceal or not.3, Upper primary students' interpersonal trust, trust perception and self-efficacy are significantly related. Combined results of this study, the paper suggested the following recommendations:First, carry out a variety of moral education activities for students to build a display platform, improving the overall quality of students: Student-centered, concerned about the emotional experience and trained students' self-confidence; Activity-as the carrier, create a platform of communication, and improve communication skills; The process of the activities as an opportunity, improve students ability to self-restraint.Secondly, update the education concept of teacher and improve the professionalism, and build a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
