Mathematics classroom questioning is mathematics classroom teaching and students for bilateral activity of important form. Along with the advancement of education reform in education research is unceasingly thorough, classroom teaching an important measure of questions changes than ever before "question" is endowed with more connotation and function, ask questions become more complicated. Therefore, how to more effectively questions for the elementary school mathematics teacher's teaching character has the vital significance. This study through in-class classes, teachers interview and questionnaire survey method for data collection, and collected data quantity of statistics and qualitative analysis, conclude the elementary school mathematics classroom questioning, the existing problems of the causes are analyzed and some Suggestions were put forward. This study choice the same contents of teaching classes during the study, cases include:teacher questions type, select the answer the question way, the student replied types and teachers Richard answer way, etc. In order to further understand the idea and after class teachers in the classroom questioning some methods and ideas in this study, the class teacher interview. In order to validate interview information credibility and expand information, this research also adopt questionnaire survey method, further understanding of teachers to classroom questioning their awareness and understanding, the teacher in the classroom the application situation and teacher to students answered processing conditions. Studies had found the elementary school mathematics classroom teaching exists the following problems:teachers to design insufficient attention, teachers' professional knowledge not solid, teachers of new curriculum concept understanding of some mistake. The elementary school mathematics teacher to really realize effective questions, to master problem design, implementation, problem feedback problem and how to teach students to ask questions, four strategies.
