With history of six dynasties, Nanjing has become the political, economic and cultural development center in Jiangsu province, attracting a large number of "Migrant Workers" to join. By the end of 2009, Nanjing has the population of temporary residence of 2.91 million, growing by 1.8 percent than the previous year. In recent years the Nanjing migrant workers' population has been increasing, from 1.05 million in 2003 to 2.91 million now, which shows that Nanjing has strong attraction. With more and more migrant workers flooding into Nanjing, the problem of these new migrant workers' children's education is becoming hotter and hotter. The government also issued a corresponding policy that "solved by local governments, and by public schools primarily" to deal with, and try best to cope with the problem of these new migrant workers' children's education in the compulsory education. This policy implemented just solved the existing problem that lacking of students happening in many public schools. And the author's G school is conducting the educational exploration under the background.This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, theoretical significance and practical value, research situation of literature review, the basic concept or definition and research methods. The second chapter basically introduces the policies of education, the school management, these teachers' attitude towards migrant workers' children, a series of surveys on migrant workers and their children before experiment. The third chapter is the core part of this paper, after the collection and analysis the related data and the research material, concluded that migrant workers' children's schooling in public primary school, including guidance of the policy, appointment of school leaders, the changes of teachers' teaching concept, the establishment of school culture, the reform of educational teaching between migrant workers' children and urban children. The fourth chapter shows the achievements and limitations of the exploration as well as the causes, mainly including the thoughts of operators of the school, the confusion of school-running, the weak of education management, social environment etc. The fifth chapter is the summary, reflection, proposals and further study on new migrant workers' children's education in the compulsory education.
