Current Status Of Population Structure In Qinzhou City, Guangxi Autonomous Region

Because the Chinese population transformation rule is completely different form many the developed countries, china has the different development phase, and the performances are: great population cardinal number, slow level of development, rapid speed of transformation, shorten need of the time. The population problem will make a big effection on social development and all kinds policies in a country at the such circumstance.Under the background of China population, in order to promote the optimizing of Qinzhou population structure, on the one hand, analyzing,discussing and rethinking the population structure features; on the other hand, we can not make it developing randomly, but taking some relevant measures to reply, on the basis of actual situation, promoing population structure growing healthy maximal degree.The paper researched on the background of Qinzhou, by empirical study and theoretical study combining, using qualitative and quantitative methods, according many previous research results, discussing present features, analyzing defects and problems, knowing these would influence and how the impacts on the society, further expatiated population structure how to confronted opportunities with challenges, investigated solutions and strategic thought of"Beibu Economic Circle"at the"wind-driven water-played"aspect how to improve population structure finally.In a word, Qinzhou as a opening-port city of Guangxi coast, however becoming the transportation logistics and regional container services center by degrees, population problem has heavy responsibilities, the sexes ratio imbalance, silver hair tide, getting old before being rich, employment situation serious, urbanized slowly and so on which we can not neglect, we should take active measures to introduction of talents and expanding social security coverage through controlling the population, carrying out scientific development view, optimizing population structure fundamentality, making the quality being much better and faster. The paper is comprised by four parts: first part, is the beginning and the foundation of this study, from back of Chinese population structure to back of Qinzhou population structure article describes, including research contents,significance purpose,methods,innovations and so on, emphatically elaborated working-fruits and theory-progress of population structure at home and abroad, for analysis and discussion making better foundation; Second part, this part is the practice analyzing content of this article, through collecting datas by statistical bureau,police bureau,civil affairs,population-family planning committee and reading literature data, using massive statistical datas, from the population natural structure, the population social-economic structure, the population quality structure and the population regional structure four aspects to study data indexes of population structure in ten years at Qinzhou, which includes richly; The third part, telling the problems of Qinzhou population structure is facing, according data analysis to discover problems at back of population structure, through summary and conclusion to describe influences, analyzing clearly every character which should bring conditions of developing problem; Fourth part, rational analyzing, aiming at realistic problems to eventually raises a manipulability and constructive schemes of countermeasures.
