The Strategy Of Improving The Innovative Capability Of Scientific And Technical Innovation Team In Colleges And Universities

As higher education of our country is in the important transitional period, and the uppermost manifestation of universities construction is cultivation and construction of scientific and technical innovation team. In scientific and technical innovation activities, scientific and technical innovation team in colleges and universities as a new interdisciplinary research organization to lifting quality of higher education, enhancing quality of personnel training and improving level of scientific research, becoming more and more important, it is also the core strength of scientific and technical innovation. However, during the period of construct the team we have met a series of problems, such as members construction is not reasonable, interdisciplinary is not implementation, ineffectiveness administrative leaders, lack scientific management, lack innovation team culture, immature research achievements or unfeasibility are the reasons obstacle scientific and technical innovation team of our country to get a higher level.So this thesis is aim to investigate the origination of scientific team, the background of its formulation, research on type of organization, texture and features. Use the success experience of foreign famous scientific team for reference to advise suggestions for our country, particular investigate the feasibility strategies to promote our scientific and technical innovation team. Through the summarizing and analysis the experience of scientific and technical innovation team in the United States, Britain, Australia and other developed countries by using case study method , and combined with the development status of university scientific research teams and local mode, the article proposed effective measures to improve and prefer its operating system. The first chapter is the introduction of this article, this section reviews the related researches, carried out the core definition, and distinguish difference between the concept of groups and the research team, and focus on emphasizing the advantage of scientific research team. The basic theoretical issues are researched and analyzed in Chapter Two of article, how to build up a reasonable and efficient scientific and technical innovation team are discussed in this section from different aspects such as the types, characteristics and operating mechanisms. Chapter Three examples as evidence, introduced the reason why the foreign research and innovation team has been high academic level, and inspiration of efficient scientific and technical innovation team in China. Chapter Four described the weak aspects of innovation ability by analysis the weak points of evaluation index of the domestic university innovation ability. Finally, specific strategies to enhance the capacity of Scientific Research Innovation Team are discussed, mainly from two aspects:Strategic choice is to improve the capacity of scientific and technical innovation team of domestic universities and effective measures aims to enhance the capacity of scientific and technical innovation team.
