Traditional sports, as a ethnic carrier of the dynamic physical "symbol", is changing along with the regional social structure, economy and culture, ideology and values. Furthermore, it is faced with the following situation, lacking of enough attention, the fragile teaching mechanism, losing of continuity of learners, the trap caused by functional conversion, besides, the heritage atmosphere is gradually disappearing, and it is difficult to introduce school education, in particular the survival environment of ethnic traditional sports are facing increasing serious threat, even many of the traditional art are in danger of extinction.This article uses the field investigation method, combining with literature material method, logical reasoning method and mathematical statistics method, utilizing education anthropology theory, and selects Tianshui Normal University, the Wushan County beach song middle school as well as Dai Gou village beach song town as the representatives of the field inspection spots, particularly inspecting the inheritance and the protection of the sheepskin drum in Tianshui Gansu Province. Through the case study, thoroughly analyzethe reason why Tianshui ethnic traditional sports inheritance result in difficult position and how it performan, and aims at the inheritance difficult position which it faces at present, explores the new effective inheritance way and the ladder, causing a better inheritance and the development in Tianshui ethnic traditional sports under the new social conditions by the time.By investigating the the origin, the fable, the function, the inheritance and the present protection situation of Tianshui sheepskin drum, contrasting and analysing the inheritance way of sheepskin drum which takes the family and the community culture entertainment as carriers and take the modern network electronic media in the foundation, the author believed that integrates it into local curriculum, introduces it into school education and regards it as the curriculum resources, uniting with community culture activities , constructs the school culture and the community culture interaction relations inherits and the protection, is good to solvethe inheritance difficult position it faces. By analysing the survey of partial schools which have injected the sheepskin drum into school education, the author further confirmed the feasibility viewpoint above, thus better inheriting and protecting the national cultural essence, enriching school course resources, raising students'national consciousness, having the important theory and the practical significance.to construct the harmonious society.
