In recent years, the large sports competitions held more and more along with the social comprehensive, rapid development and the multivariate development of sports function. At the same time, holding the large sports competitions also contributed to Large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums fast development. However, the post-match operation of constantly newly-built stadium generally got into trouble. The return of the prophase huge investment not only lose the practical significance, but also continue to devote much money to survive, which caused great economic losses to all parties of participate in stadium projects. In order to reduce or avoid Stadium construction project gave investors with economic losses, it is very necessary to the risk assessment. At the same time, provide reference for the decision of investors in theory.First, we understood the development process and the current development situation of foreign large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums in this paper, and compared with our large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums development. We summed up development status and existing problems of our large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums. Secondly, according to the theory of risk management and development construction risk of large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums based on BOT mode, we researched and analyzed deeply the rise of our large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums from the perspective of investors and considering the whole process of it. Moreover we constructed the index system of risk assessment and proposed the method of risk assessment through meticulously identify risk factors of large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums based on BOT mode and screened risk index. Finally, we identify and evaluate risk by combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and determined the weights of selected indicators by AHP, then established comprehensive risk evaluation model of large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums based on BOT mode by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and combining the quantitative and qualitative indexes indicators.At the end of the article, we applied comprehensive risk evaluation mode to the practical examples and validated., and illustrated the model maneuverability and practicability that was used in process of large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums based on BOT mode comprehensive risk assessment.
