Hip-hop Movement In Guangxi Colleges And Universities Promotion Strategy Research

In recent years, with hip-hop dancing movement constantly get popular and developed in China, various means of publicity are being used by the Gymnastics Management Center of National General Administration of Sport to guide the hip-hop dancing movement towards sound development and standardization. Hip-hop dancing movement, a new thing that appears after the aerobics and the dancesport, play an active role in promoting and improving personal qualities, and hip-hop teaching class, hip-hop club, hip-hop course, hip-hop association and hip-hop team that set up as auxiliary contents of the aerobics teaching, are booming in collages and gradually becoming formal.This study which make use of documentary data method, questionnaire method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method makes a more in-depth investigation on twenty representative universities of Guangxi province about the demand and the implementation of the hip-hop dancing movement, the purpose is to find out the factors which influence the development of hip-hop dancing movement in Guangxi universities by the research and analysis of the current situation of hip-hop teaching, hip-hop clubs, hip-hop training, hip-hop association and hip-hop teams, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for providing the reference that better promote the development of hip-hop dancing movement in Guangxi colleges and universities.Results:(1) There is no independent hip-hop course opened in Guangxi universities, but the penetration rate of hip-hop course teaching which is set as an auxiliary content of calisthenics teaching is high; the teachers have comparative young age, less teaching experience and lower title, but higher education levels and higher cognition degree; Most colleges'hip-hop dancing teaching contents, methods of assessment and teaching equipment are not consummate; the main factor that restrict the development of hip-hop dancing movement in Guangxi universities are the insufficiency of teacher teams, the fact that the hip-hop teaching content is excluded in syllabus and the fact that the school leadership are not think highly of it.(2) Hip-hop clubs, hip-hop training class and hip-hop association that are set up in Guangxi universities have a higher development rates, and there are more hip-hop association than hip-hop clubs or hip-hop training class; Most managers whom from universities'hip-hop club, hip-hop training class, hip-hop association are students with good hip-hop skill; almost half the students that attended hip-hop club, hip-hop training class, hip-hop association felt the general effect of exercise; Seldom does universities' hip-hop training class, hip-hop club, hip-hop association assess their trainee; Venue facilities deficiency is the main cause that affecting the development of college hip-hop clubs, hip-hop training class and hip-hop association.(3) Only Guangxi Normal University long-term running Hip-hop cheerleading competitions.A large number of female coaches and the low hip-hop quality of coaches are the major factors that influence the hip-hop teams'training; the candidate foundation of hip-hop teams is week and the training are difficult; insufficient incentive system; shortage of collage competition, the fact that the school leadership are not think highly of it, insufficient funds and difficulties in athletes selection are main factors that restrict the process of the hip-hop teams forming and participating in competition.For the existing problems in the survey of Guangxi universities' hip-hop dancing development status, the following recommendations are made to promote the hip-hop dancing movement:(1)Establishing hip-hop teaching class in the Physical Education Teaching of universities; (2) Creating hip-hop teaching materials actively; (3) Optimizing the hip-hop teaching methods and means; (4) Strengthening the construction of the teaching faculty; (5) Developing hip-hop extra-curricular activities actively and enriching campus life; (6) Improving site, equipment and teaching facilities; (7)Participating in hip-hop performances and competitions, taking more mutual exchanges (8) Tightening propaganda; (9) Establishing Web sites and sharing resources; (10) Constructing hip-hop culture with national characteristics; (11) To strengthen the construction of street dance team...
