Objective:Homocysteine (HHcy) is the atherosclerosis new independent risk factors. Plasma homocysteine in (Hcy) levels by nutrition, and other sports lifestyle factors and disease effects. This paper on 6 ZhouLing female apoE - / - mice for eight weeks aerobic exercise training, through quantitative analysis of the aortic root atherosclerotic plaque area, observe the aorta pathological changes in the structure of aerobic exercise training, research on HHcy cause atherosclerosis, discusses the influence of aerobic exercise of homocysteine causes atherosclerosis whether have prevention and cure function.Methods:HHcy cause atherosclerosis apoE - / - a mouse model of establishing: 6 ZhouLing health female apoE - / - mice, in drinking water by 1.8 g/l to join Hcy, were fed 8 weeks.2, Hcy feeding apoE - / - mice were randomly divided into positive control group and the exercise group, aerobic exercise mice adaptability to feed one week after, daily to 15m/min the speed of the 60min without weight ran machine movement once, 5 days a week, a total of 8 weeks.3, detection plasma Hcy levels, and plasma lipid levels, and the aortic root plaques are analysed.Results:HHcy group and control group, HHcy + aerobic exercise group apoE - / - mice Hcy between plasma levels of different results show that, compared with control group, HHcy in plasma Hcy level obviously increased (P = 0.001) greup significance; HHcy + aerobic exercise group of plasma Hcy level is HHcy group decreased obviously (P = 0.016), and greup significance. HHcy group and control group, HHcy + aerobic exercise group apoE - / - in plasma total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides difference have no significance.3, HHcy group and control group, HHcy + aerobic exercise group apoE - / - mice patches of aortic area percentage level no significant differences. But from the plaques area can see the figure HHcy group than controls the plaques area wants, while aerobic exercise group plaques obviously less than HHcy groups, more than in control groups.Conclusion:By researching the HHcy intervention apoE-/-8 weeks of mice running aerobic exercise training, observation platform of aerobic exercise in plasma HHcy and lipid levels influence. The results found aerobic exercise can reduce HHcy in plasma Hcy level, but have no influence on blood lipid levels, the function independently of lipid levels change. These results suggest that aerobic exercise may help to slow down HHcy caused by the progression of atherosclerosis. Meanwhile, according to the aorta plaques area of quantitative analysis, we find in aerobic exercise function, the area size of the aorta in plaque has decreased trends, the results suggest that we aerobic exercise may help atherosclerosis prevention, especially caused by HHcy may help to slow the progression of atherosclerosis.
